According to ancient astrologic canons, Sunday is the day of the Sun. Throughout the weekly cycles: for the whole coming week, the Cosmos gives energy to all people on Earth. Each person can use this energy as the strength of a small seed or of a young sprout, empowered with the creation of a happy future. On this day, it is important that we not only lie idly on the beach, stay at home and go drinking and smoking in bars, but that we are filled with life giving Solar energy.
The practice “Meditation of good intentions for the future week” was given precisely for this reason.
What is “meditation”? Meditation is a state of mind free from thoughts (from sanskrit)
The Sunday “Meditation of good intention for the future week” not only aims at stopping inner dialogue, but also at helping people - tired from daily stress and problems - to restore the energy balance in their organisms, be filled with love and, also, rebuild their personal protecting field and increase vital power. If you participate in the Sunday practices of Raja Yogi and meditations once a week, you will start witnessing the birth of a positive perception of life within your being, you will start seeing your health become stronger and your relationships become more harmonious both with the people in your business and your family and children. You will be filled with a state of friendliness, compassion and utmost love.
I n specific, this meditation will allow you to be brighter, younger and more successful. It would also dispel forever all you fear of the future and the failures of life.
This meditatio n should be held in the evening of Sunday after sunset, starting at 21:00 local time.

During the meditation in Kassel ( Germany), I felt an enormous energy flow, very profound and strong in its pulsating, float throughout my body. Although I had done this meditation before, I had never before bee n so strongly aware of this energy flow, which I now felt as a huge channel going from the left to the right side. At the same time, I felt that my body was very deeply connected with the ground, with earth: it was as though huge roots connected me and my body with earth’s innermost realm. It made me feel confident, secure and calm.
All other participants also felt this enormous energy flow and were quite surprised by its intensity. A woman experienced the energy as waves of heat going through her body. Whe n she had come, she had had problems with her stomach, but after the meditation her cramps had totally gone. She was surprised about it as usually, when this problem occurred, it would take time before she felt well again. Yet, it had gone!!
Another woman also felt the energy as heat, but for her this went directly to some areas in her back, where she normally had pain. Her image was that the energy was softening the blocks manifested in these areas.

During the Meditation in Madrid I saw a very big fire in the middle of the circle and whilst connecting to the circle, I felt a very strong energy. Afterwards, in the next days, I felt lighter, more stable and powerful. I also felt so enthusiastic that I wanted to tell about this meditation to the whole world!

In London, five of us met in Hyde Park and had a very powerful time of meditation in the open area. I n silence, we sat in a circle and listened to the gentle wings of the whole park disappear and the whole busy city disintegrate. An ocean of light moved above our heads and some participants started to feel as though they were levitating in light. When they opened their eyes, their faces were smiling and serene... A week of miracles was about to unfold…

In Amsterdam, we had a wonderful Meditation. We were 26 adults and a 2 years old boy, who had fever. His mother had told me that he had been quite agitated for the whole day long.
The day after the Meditatio n she, however, told me that the boy was in a perfect state of health and that his fever had gone! She was so happy that the Meditation was done in her home.. We really cannot imagine the power of this Meditation, it is beyond the ability of our limited mind to understand or even appreciate it.
